The present habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus Writ directing the respondent No.2 and 3 to produce the corpus of the petitioner no.3 before this Hon'ble Court. The petitioner no.1 and 2 has been illegally detained by respondent No.4 to 7 against his mother will, who is the natural guardian, and give the custody of petitioner no.3." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has confined his prayer only seeking the visitation right. 4. Accordingly, the petitioner no.3, Alka Srivastava (mother of the corpus petitioner No.1, Gauri Srivastava and corpus petitioner no.2 Ram @ Bisheshwar Srivastava) is granted the visitation right to meet her children (petitioner Nos.1 and 2) on every Sunday from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at the venue fixed by the Station House Officer, P.S. Dhoomanganj, District Prayagraj, which shall be other than the police station. 5. The Station House Officer concerned shall ensure that the visitation right is exercised in safe and secured manner. 6. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
