ORAL ORDER Learned AGA accepts notice for the respondents.
2. Heard the Learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. The grievance of the petitioners is with regard to
consideration of their representations dated 02.06.2025 (Annexures L to L3 and M to M3) by respondents no.2 and 3.
4. On a perusal of the aforesaid representations, it would indicate that, mutation entries in respect of the land which is granted in favour of the petitioners, vide Official Memorandum No.LND SR (1) 101/1977-78, have not been effected in their names in the RTCs. since 2001.
5. In that view of the matter, respondents no.2 and 3 are
directed to consider the representations of the petitioners, as per Annexures L to L3 and M to M3, seeking to mutate their names in the RTCs., within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation and direction, writ petition is
