By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “I. That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order no. F 38/2024/35, Nawa Raipur, Atal Nagar, dated 08/01/2025 issued by Respondent No. 1 (ANNEXURE P/1), so far as it related to the petitioner. II. Any other relief/relief's, which this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, with cost of the petition, may also please be granted to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Assistant Veterinary Field Officer and has been transferred from Veterinary Dispensary Belgahna, Tehsil Kota, District-Bilaspur to Artificial Insemination Centre, Baikunthpur, District-Koria. He further submits that he is challenging the transfer order on the ground no one has been transferred in the place of the petitioner, as such the transfer order is not in accordance with law and requires to be quashed. 3 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the submission and submits that the transfer order has rightly been passed which is not required to interfere. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the submissions made by the parties, the petitioner is directed to file a representation raising all his grievances before the authorities concerned within a period of two weeks and, in turn, the concerned authorities are directed to decide the said representation within a period of four weeks, in accordance with law. 6. Till the decision of the said representation, the impugned transfer order dated 08.01.2025 is kept in abeyance. 7. With this observation and direction, the instant petition stands disposed of.
