ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ or direction, especially on in nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring inaction of the respondents No.2 to 4 in non registering the FIR on complaint made on 29-08-2025 & 27- 08-2025, made by the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, contrary to the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code, and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of the India and consequently direct the respondents No.2 to 4 forthwith to register the FIR on complaint made on 29-08-2025 & 27-08-2025, made by the petitioner for the offence under 420, 406, 409, 120-B, 506 of IPC /61,318,314(1)(2),351 of BNS and Section 138 of Negotiable instruments act 1881 against the respondents No.5 to 13 and be please to pass…”
2. Heard Sri Vinodin Ruth Madapalli, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the complaint presented to the police by the petitioner is pending for enquiry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the complaint.

5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the complaint before the police by furnishing complete details. There shall be no order as to costs.
