Manasa, learned Counsel representing Sri Pamarthi Kameswara Rao, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri Sk. Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings and Sri P. Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning. 2. Sri Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Executive Engineer, R&B Division, Mylavaram, dated 04.11.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instructions would indicate that out of five bills, four bills have already been paid. One bill, for an amount of Rs.6,20,992/- (net amount), has been uploaded onto the CFMS/NIDHI Portal. 4. Having regard to these facts, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the present Writ Petition with a direction to Respondent No.2 to complete the 3 entire administrative process in respect of pending bill for an amount of Rs.6,20,992/-, both inter-departmental and intra-departmental, by way of mutual cooperation and coordination within a period of eight (08) weeks from today and transfer the amount due to the Writ Petitioner within four (04) weeks thereafter. 5. Writ Petitioner is directed to furnish his bank account details to the Competent Authority within four (04) weeks for effective compliance. 6. It is indicated that this Order is passed based on the Written Instructions, which state that all other bills have already been paid. 7. With these observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 8.
