ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ ... to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in interrogating and terrifying the children of the petitioner and searching the house in connection with criminal case lodged against petitioner's husband is illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and to consequently, direct the respondent No.2 to initiate action against the 5threspondent and his team for misusing their official powers and further direct the 4th respondent not to harass the petitioner, her kids and servants and to pass ...”
Heard Sri V.V.Satish, learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State and learned Special Public Prosecutor for CID. Perused the material on record.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner sought for a direction to respondent Police to consider the representation of the husband of the Petitioner which is submitted to respondent authorities. Further, this Writ Petition may be disposed of by passing appropriate orders.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State brought to the notice of this Court the interim order passed by this Court on 13.10.2022 in IA No.2 of 2022 and on instructions would submit that no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and this Writ Petition may be disposed of.
In the light of the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed to follow due process of law with regard to the

subject crime which is registered against the husband of the Petitioner and also
directed to look into the representation of the petitioner’s husband and take an appropriate decision according to the governing rules and law. No order as to costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
