Hence, R2 and R3 are recorded as LR's of deceased R1. Insofar as R4 and R5 are concerned, they have been served with private notice. However, none appears on behalf of R4 and R5. R6 and R7 are represented through counsel. 4.Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is allowed and the delay is condoned. 5.
