This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioners/petitioners under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the proceedings dated 29.02.2016 passed in M.C.No.3 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srikakulam, which is filed by the respondent No.2/wife under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. seeking maintenance @Rs.40,000/- per month and costs of the petition. By impugned order dated 29.02.2016, the trial Court granted @Rs.6,000/- per month to the respondent No.2/wife. Against the said order, the petitioner/husband preferred this Criminal Revision Case. 2. Heard and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner/husband submits that no further orders are required in this case and requests to close this matter. 4. Considering the submissions made, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed, since no further orders are required.
