GP FOR REVENUE (AP) 2 HBKM,J W.P.No.3923 of 2020 The Court made the following Order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 17.01.2020 in resuming the subject land to the Government in an extent of Ac.2.40 cents in Sy.No.788-3 of B.K. Samudram Village and Mandal. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the grandson of the original assignee Viz. Smt. Harijana Namala Narayanamma. He further submits that, the said original assignee Smt. Harijana Namala Narayanamma and his son are no more and as such, the grandson filed this writ petition. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 07.09.2025 submits that the subject land in Sy.No.788-3 of B.K. Samudram Village along with the other lands were identified and allotted for the grant of house site pattas to the houseless poor beneficiaries under the welfare scheme of housing. The identified lands were developed and levelled and layouts are prepared for distribution of house sites. The subject land in Sy.No.788 was earmarked as “Open Space/Green Park” in the approved layout. 3 HBKM,J W.P.No.3923 of 2020 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 17.01.2020, it is always open for him to prefer an appeal against the said order of the 4th respondent before the 3rd respondent, by following the due procedure, if so advised. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. The written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 07.09.2025 shall be made as part of the Court record.
