This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents particularly 4th respondent at the instance of respondents 5 and 6 in repeatedly insisting petitioners to appear before their authorities and yield to the terms of respondents 5 and 6 by shifting 1st petitioner’s residence to the house and custody of respondents 5 and 6 as illegal, irregular, irrational, without any authority of law and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner with petitioners life liberty and residence …”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that the respondent-police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. 3. Ms. Nimmagadda Revathi, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents, except under due process of law. 4
