THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 27106 OF 2023 The Court made the following Order:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent No.2 and 3 in taking legal action against the unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 16 who are the recovery agents, call money gangs and to provide adequate protection to lead the normal life of the petitioner by considering the complaint dt. 17.09.2023 as arbitrary and illegal and pass such other or further orders…”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, brought to the notice of this Court that the respondent No.3 tried to contact the petitioner through phone but he did not respond and further that the petitioner did not turn up till today and filed the present writ petition. 3. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the police by furnishing the necessary information to pursue his complaint in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
