Appellant Sudhu Ram and complainant Samandri Bai are present in person before the Lok Adalat and their identify duly verified from theirrespectiveAadhar Card. 3. Complainant Samandri Baisubmits thatshe has buried their dispute and entered into the compromise with appellant voluntarily wjthoutany pressure and fear and shedoes not intendto prosecutethe accused/applicant any further and both have prayed for permission of the Lok Adalat to compound the offence under Sections 323 and 451 of IPC. 4. Learned Counsel for the State also on verifying the facts submits that the State does not have any objection in case if the parties are permitted to compound the offence asthe disputing parties have entered into a compromise. 5. Therefore, in view of the above compromise effected in between the parties, the conviction of the Appellant is set aside and he is acquitted ft;om the charges levelled against < , . '. him. 6.
