The present Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, challenging the Order dated 31.10.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Courts, North District, Rohini Courts, New Delhi in case being HMA 699/2020, titled “Puneet Gupta v. Manisha Gupta”, by way of which the right of the Petitioner to further cross examine PW-1 therein was closed by the learned Family Court. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties are ad idem that the Petitioner may be permitted one last opportunity to cross- examine PW-1. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner undertakes to ensure that the cross-examination of PW-1 is not unduly prolonged or delayed.
