Pursuant to the letter dated 11.02.2025 written by the respondent no.3-Assistant Commissioner and Assistant Registrar of Co-operative, District Kushinagar to the respondent no.4- Deputy Director of Agriculture, District Kushingar, reply has been submitted by the petitioner on 13.01.2025 before the respondent no.3. Since no decision has been taken hence present writ petition has been filed. 2. On the other hand it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that respondent no.3 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 3. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself. 4. In this view of the matter, petitioner is permitted to submit a representation before the respondent no.3 annexing all the relevant papers and documents along-with certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today. If such a representation is made, the respondent no.3 is directed to take a decision in the matter in accordance with law within a further period of four weeks. 5. With the aforesaid observations, present writ petition is disposed of finally.
