Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record written instructions and would submit that basing on the very same set of facts, petitioner’s mother gave a complaint, which is registered as a case in Crime No.200 of 2025 of Srikalahasti Rural Police Station, Tirupati District, for the same set of facts, petitioner also gave another complaint, for that reason, respondent Police did not register a case, and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. 3 In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Police are directed to follow due process of law with regard to the subject matter. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
