On perusal of the record, it appears that in the present case, the judgment was passed by this Court (Coram : Shri. M.W. Chandwani, J.), who sits at this Bench, however, the application for correction of spelling in the names of appellant Nos. 1 and 2 was moved before this Court. The learned Counsel for the appellant as well as respondent No.3 has not pointed out that the judgment was delivered by the Bench (Coram: Shri. M.W. Chandwani, J.), who sits at this bench, and therefore, inadvertently, the order was passed on 16/06/2025. However, the office has 2 41 fa 679-2014.odt brought to the notice of this Court the said facts, as well as the communication dated 03/01/2024 and the circular dated 29/03/2004. 3. Considering the same, I deem it appropriate to recall the order dated 16/06/2025 and permit the appellant to circulate the Civil Application (CAF) No. 2039/2025 before the concerned Court/Judge.
