04. 1. All the ABLAPLs are taken up together and disposed of by the following common order. Page 2 of 3
2. Instant petitions have been filed under Section 482 BNSS by the petitioners seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Soro P.S. Case No.706 of 2025 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1363 of 2025 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Soro on the grounds stated therein. 3. Perused the FIRs as at Annexure-1. It is revealed that counter FIRs have been lodged in respect of the self-same incident. Mr. Pani, learned counsel for the petitioner in ABLAPL No.11008 of 2025 submits that one of the injured, who happens to be the father of the petitioners received injury instead and for that the counter FIR has been lodged. It is informed to the Court by learned counsel for the respective parties that the injuries received by the informant is not grievous. A copy of the injury report of the victim, namely, Nrusingh Charan Mohalik @ Nrusingha Mohalik is produced in Court by learned counsel for the State and it reveals him to have received abrasions stated to be simple with an opinion therein that it might have been caused by a blunt object. Considering such circumstances under which the parties exchanged assault leading to the injuries received by both sides and that the informant sustained only abrasions not any grievous injury, this Court though not inclined to consider grant of pre-arrest bail to them but is of the view that that the petitioners should be directed to surrender before the learned court below for being released with stringent conditions. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. Page 3 of 3

Case No.1363 of 2025 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (rupees thirty thousand) each with one solvent surety for the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court below, which shall be at liberty to impose such other suitable conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case besides the following, such as, they shall not pick up any quarrel or fight with other side in any manner, whatsoever, while on bail. 6.
