Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 30.01.2025 passed by Assistant Collector/Tehsildar Chauri Chaura, district Gorakhpur in case no.T202505310500525 (Awadhesh Singh V. State of U.P. and others) and case no.T202505310500524 (Girish Chandra Vs. State of U.P. and others)." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioners have an alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
