2. Considering the submission that now the inquiry has been concluded and he has been exonerated, the respondents are directed to conduct DPC for considering the case of the petitioner for promotion in accordance with law within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed off. The order dated 17.10.2025 is taken on record.
