GP FOR MEDICAL HEALTH & FW(AP) The Court Made the Following Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents particularly 3rd respondent in not receiving the joint report of the petitioner and not giving any posting to the petitioner as Medical Officer in the 3rd respondent 2 region by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2017 is illegal and arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also violation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in the interest of justice.” 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri G.Ratna Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri D.B.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the subsequent events taken place in the lis, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
