GP MUNCIPAL ADMN AND URBAN DEV AP The Court made the following: 2 Order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development, and the learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was awarded the work of Construction of RCC drain from Shelton Junction Petrol Bunk to V.L. Puram Junction in Morampudi Road (North Side Block:3) in Rajamahendravaram Municipal Corporation, vide Agreement No.56/2023-2024/SE, dated 29.12.2023, entrusted by the 2nd respondent, and accordingly the petitioner completed the work and submitted the final bills. In this regard, the petitioner also submitted a representation dated 25.08.2025 requesting the 2nd respondent to clear the bills, though the work was completed long ago. It is also submitted that the progress of the work was recorded in the M-Book. 3. The learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent submits that, on oral instructions, part bills of the petitioner were cleared. 4. Considering the submissions, the 2nd respondent is hereby directed to verify and release the payments due payable to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
