The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.219 dated 30.10.2024 registered under Sections 75 & 115(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 04.05.2025 arrived at between the parties. 2. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Saravjit Singh, submits that cancellation report has been prepared and the same is yet to be presented before the Trial Court. 3. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. 4.
