ORDER:
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed, by the Petitioner for the following relief:
“ ... to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the Respondents 2 & 3 to Register the FIR/crime against the accused/respondents 4 to 6 on petitioner complaint dt.17.03.2024 is highly illegal, arbitrary and violation of Arts. 14, 21 and 300 (A) of Constitution of India and also violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently, direct Respondents 2 and 3 to Register the FIR/crime against the accused on petitioner complaint dt.17.3.2024 and pass ...”
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record, the written instructions and would submit that the complaint of the Petitioner is received and the respondent Police gave receipt No.57/2024 dated 18.3.2024 to the petitioner, as per the contents of the complaint, the dispute is purely „civil in nature‟ when, Police did not interfere in the disputes. As per the previous records of the Ponduru Police Station, a case in Crime No.16 of 2020 was registered against respondents 4 to 6 about the same land dispute and requested to dispose of this Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of.

In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy before appropriate Forum according to law. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
