Petitioner has declared that he was voluntarily retired from services w.e.f. 30.04.2024, however, despite an application filed for payment of medical leave and group insurance, Respondent-2 has not decided the same. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner in support of aforesaid prayer refers the averments and documents annexed alongwith this writ petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for respondents fairly submit that if a fresh representation/ application is filed disclosing all relevant facts and documents, the same will be considered by concerned respondent within a short period. 5. In aforesaid circumstances, taking note of rival submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file a fresh representation by way of Dasti in the office of concerned respondent within a period of two weeks from today disclosing all relevant facts and documents and in such event concerned respondent will consider the same within a short period and in case of any legal impediment, the same will be communicated to petitioner.
