JUSTICE ROBIN PHUKAN ORDER Date : 21.07.2025 None appears for the appellant on call. However Mr. B. Deuri, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 is present. 2. Mr. Deuri, has drawn the attention of this Court to the order dated 25.06.2025, passed by this Court and submits that in the said order an observation was made that if on 21.07.2025, the appellant does not take any step and does not appear, than the Court will have no other option but to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution and despite the aforementioned observation made by this Court, the appellant remain absent and also failed take any step and therefore, Mr. Deuri, has contended to dismiss the appeal. 3. Having heard the submissions of Mr. Deuri, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4, I have carefully gone though the order dated 25.06.2025 and I find sufficient from his submissions of Mr. Deuri, it appears that on that day also the appellant herein remained unrepresented. Today also the appellant herein remain unrepresented and failed to take any step. 4. In that view of the matter, this Court deemed it appropriate to dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution, and accordingly the same stands dismissed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
