Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:79475-DB Court No. - 42 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 9628 of 2025 Petitioner :- Ramzan Ali @ Raju @ Lambu Respondent :- State Of Up And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Virendra Kumar Shukla Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Hon'ble Anil Kumar-X,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition is preferred under Article 226 Constitution of India inter-alia with following principal relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction to the effect that personal bonds and sureties executed by petitioner in any Case Crime/FIR mentioned in paragraph no.16 of the writ petition may be hold good for seven other FIRs/Case Crime." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner is already enlarged on bail by the court below but on account of non submission of personal bonds and sureties in Case Crime/FIR mentioned in paragraph 16 of the writ petition till date he could not be enlarged on bail. The said situation impelled the petitioner to invoke the writ jurisdiction with aforesaid prayer. In support of his submission, he has placed reliance on the judgement passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in Girish Gandhi vs. State of U.P. and others 2024 Supreme (S.C.) 678. 4. The relief is resisted by learned A.G.A. on the premise that petitioner is having efficacious remedy to press the grievance before the competent Court, which is fully competent to deal with the matter. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, it is always open for the petitioner to approach the competent court for redressal of his grievance, in accordance with law. 6. The writ petition is disposed of. (Anil Kumar-X,J.)
