In the counter affidavit filed by respondent no.6-Tahsildar, it was clearly mentioned that the authorities had never interfered with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject land. 3. Ms.Kavitha Gottipati, learned counsel for the petitioner, prayed to close the writ petition recording the contents of the counter affidavit. 4. In view of the above, as the respondents clearly stated in their counter that the authorities had never interfered with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject land, this writ petition can be closed. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
