(ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order commanding the 1st respondent to reconsider the selection list published for Anganwadi Helper in Peringottukurissi Grama Panchayath taking note of the previous experience and performance of the petitioner which resulted the issuance of Exhibit.P2 experience certificate.” The subject matter of the writ petition is covered by the provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
