The instant criminal petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C)/under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) has been filed by the Petitioner/Accused No.3, seeking quashment of the proceedings pending against him in Crime No.190 of 2025 on the file of Nandigama Police Station, NTR Commissionerate District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(2), 318(4) r/w 3(5) of BNS. 2. Sri Shaik Mohammed Ismail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 3. Ms. K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State is in attendance. 4. Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
