Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari calling for the records and for quashing of the judgments/orders dated 27.01.2016 and 22.09.2015passed by the respondent no.2 and respondent no.3, (Annexure no.11 and 13 to this writ petition). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to give effect and operation of the judgments/orders dated 27.01.2016 and 22.09.2015passed by the respondent no.2 and respondent no.3 and further direct the respondents not to interfere the peaceful possession over the land in question." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that application for cancellation of lease granted in the year 1996 which was approved in the year 1999 was filed by the petitioner in the year 2013. The said application has been rejected and the revision filed by the petitioner has also been dismissed. 4. Perused the application filed by the petitioner. 5. The only averment made in the application is that trees standing on the land belongs to the petitioner. It is not clear that why the application was not filed by the petitioner within limitation. Petitioner is not an aggrieved person and the Court below has committed no illegality in dismissing the application and revision. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
