The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. issue any other caseable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case. II. issue order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the court below to expedite the proceedings of No.252/2024(Sontosh Rajbhar and others vs State of UP) and computerized Case No....252/2024 pending in the court below Sub Divisional Magistrate, Dist. MAU." 3. This petition has been filed expediting the proceedings of Case No. 252 of 2024, instituted by the petitioner on 25.11.2024. 4. This Court has no information as to the pendency of similar cases before the court below. 5. In view of the same, no direction of expeditious disposal can be issued. 6. Since, the proceedings are pending, it is expected that the same may be decided in accordance with law after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. 7.
