The petitioner has applied for mutation of his name in respect of the said property before the Tehsildar, Sri Vijaya Puram Tehsil, respondent no.2 herein. The petitioner is complaining the delay in disposal of the said application. Ms. Babita Das, learned advocate for the respondents submits that tomorrow is the date fixed for hearing on the said application. In view of such development, WPA/432/2025 is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.2 to dispose of the application in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
