REW/1456/2022/Sonbhadra and REW/4444/2024 have been decided by the Members of the Board, dismissing it by their judgment and order dated 03.07.2025, a copy whereof has been enclosed. 2. In view of the supervening events, no further orders are required to be made on the writ petition. It is, accordingly, consigned to record with the remark that it shall be open to the petitioner to seek such remedies against the Board's order, as advised. 3. This order has been passed in the presence of learned Counsel for parties. 4.
