In pursuance of the direction passed by this Court dated 23.5.2025, learned Registrar General, High Court, at Calcutta has placed the Affidavit-in- Compliance filed by the alleged-contemnor. 2. Learned Advocate representing the alleged- contemnor is present through virtual mode. 3. It is said by the learned Advocate representing the alleged-contemnor that the alleged-contemnor has already complied the direction passed by this Court dated 25.9.2024and has removed the seal of the house as per the report submitted by the Patwari. As such the direction of this Court to remove the seal has already been complied. 4. Since the order dated 25.9.2024 has been duly complied with, therefore, the Court does not feel that there is any justification in keeping contempt application alive. 5. The contempt application being C.P.A.N. 48 of 2024 is dismissed. 6. No order as to costs. 7.
