The writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to directing and commanding the respondent no. 3 to decide the case no. 9129 of 2022 as computer case no. T202214360409129 (Ri Le Vs Lalta Prasad & others) U/s 67 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending since 2022 in the court of respondent no. 3 i.e. Assistant Collector-Tehsildar Sadar, District-Jaunpur, within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner is the complainant and is not party to the aforesaid proceedings, therefore, the proceedings cannot be expedited at his behest. 4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Since the proceedings are pending, it is expected that the same shall be decided in accordance with law. 6.
