This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "a. to issue a writ, order or direction, directing to the prescribe authority respondent no. 3 and 4 to re investigate the matter by calling for the Stock register, inspection report and Day End Date statement (During the period of 9.8.2022 to 2.9.2022) from the department concerned. b. to issue a writ, order or direction, directing to the respondent no. 2 to initiate properly investigation the authenticity of the case certificate issued to respondent no. 6." 3. Shri Umesh Dwivedi, learned AGA states that investigation is already completed and against the petitioner, chargesheet has already been submitted to the competent court. 4. Considering the factual situation and the relief as has been prayed, we are not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition. Suffice to indicate, it is open to the petitioner to press appropriate relief under the Cr.P.C./ B.N.S.S. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
