The present Habeas Corpus Writ Petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents no. 2 to 5 to produce the corpus i.e. petitioner no. 1 namely Arya (minor) D/o Darshan Dubey before this Hon'ble Court within stipulated period, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case. Learned counsel for the petitioners has confined his prayer only seeking visitation rights of her minor daughter. In view of the above, the petitioner no. 2, Pooja, (mother of the petitioner no. 1/corpus) be facilitated to meet her daughter Arya (corpus) on every Sunday of every month from 09.00 (A.M) to 12.00 (Noon) for rendering care at the venue fixed by the Station House Officer, Police Station Kalwari, District Basti which should be a safe and convenient place other than the police station. With the aforesaid directions, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
