None appeared for the writ petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that basing on the report of respondent No.5, police registered a case in Crime No.96 of 2018 for the offence under Section 498-A r/w.34 IPC, and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act 1961, of Draksharama Police Station, on 18.06.2018 against the petitioner and others and investigated into the case and after completion of investigation, laid charge sheet vide C.C.No.216 of 2019 and the case was also disposed of by the learned Magistrate, as both parties compromised before Mega Lok Adalat on 30.01.2021 under Section 320(8) of Cr.P.C. before the learned Additional Judicial 4 Magistrate of First Class, Ramachandrapuram, and the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. The submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home are placed on record. 5. In the light of submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, it is clear that both parties entered into compromise, and the case was also disposed of by the concerned Magistrate. 6. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
