This application is seeking rectification of order dated 28.02.2025, passed in the above titled writ petition, whereby, in para No. 1 of the order, due to typographical error, it is stated that Ghulam Rasool was an aged person and was not in a position to attend the running of the fair price shop and had accordingly, appointed an attorney way back in 2024. However, the correct year of appointment is 2014. 2. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The order dated 28.02.2025 is modified to the extent that the year ‘2024’ mentioned in para No. 1 of the order shall be read as ‘2014’. 3. Application is, accordingly, disposed of.
