Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2. This petition is filed seeking review of the Order dated 06.07.2023 in W.P.No.9082/2023. 3. It is submitted by Sri. K.N. Nitish, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that, though this Court, at para 5 of the impugned order at Annexure-A, directed the respondents to complete the entire departmental enquiry proceedings initiated against the petitioner, however, no action has been taken by the respondents and the petitioner herein has been kept under suspension, and accordingly, sought for interference of this Court. 4. Per contra, Sri. H.V. Devaraju, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4, submitted that, the enquiry was completed on 15.10.2024 and the Disciplinary Authority is yet to take action in the matter. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:37909 RP No. 366 of 2023 5. In that view of the matter, since the respondents herein have not complied with the Order dated 06.07.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9082/2023, as noted in para 5 of the said Order, I am of the view that, the Review Petition requires to be allowed. 6. Accordingly, the Order dated 06.07.2023 in W.P.No.9082/2023 is hereby set aside, and the Writ Petition is restored on file. 7. The Review Petition stands disposed of.
