Limited submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner in the present petition is that, petitioner has been posted as Head Master at Government Primary School, Paylikhand, Cluster-Bargaony, Block Mainpur, District-Gariyaband, CG, and his wife has been posted at Government Primary School, Naharpara, Block-Mainpur, District-Gariyaband vide order dated 14.11.2024, and hence, petitioner has made representation dated 23.06.2025 for change of his place of posting. His said representation has not been considered by the authorities, and the authorities may be directed to take decision on the pending representation for change of place of posting of the petitioner. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State though objected the petition on merits, not opposed for such a direction is being given to take decision on the pending representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law. 3. Considering limited submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition stands disposed of directing respondent-3 to take decision on the pending representation dated 23.06.2025, Annexure P1, in accordance with law on its own merits, and also in view of applicable rules and circulars holding the field, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. Petitioner is directed to produce copy of this order before respondent-3 within two weeks from today. 5. With aforesaid observation and direction, present petition stands disposed of.
