He, thus, submits that, since the direction issued in the Writ Petition has been carried out, and the consequential order passed by the Grievance Redressal Cell has been challenged in a separate Writ Petition, therefore, the cause of action to maintain this Special Appeal does not survive. 4. Mr. Vipul Paniuli, learned counsel appearing for the respondents also submits that the Special Appeal has become infructuous. 5.
