Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on instructions has submitted that the Police have filed a charge sheet on 22.04.2021 vide C.C.No.199 of 2021 on the file of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Madanapalle and that the case is posted to 15.04.2025 for issuing summons to witnesses. 3. In view of the fact that a charge sheet vide C.C.No.199 of 2021 has already been filed on the file of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Madanapalle, pending the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Permission as sought for is accorded. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to challenge the aforesaid charge sheet, if at all aggrieved by the same.
