This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the in action of the Respondent No.2 to 6 herein in not taking any action on the Representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2025 and 08.12.2025 and followed by personal visits, as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and against the principles of natural justice and also violation of Article 14,19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India. Consequently, direct the Respondent Nos.2 to 6 herein to act upon the representation dt. 05.12.2025 and 08.12.2025 by following due process of law and to take action against the Respondent Nos. 7 to 9 accordance with law.”
2. Sri Babuji Tenneti, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, it is a case of interference of Police in the civil matter. 3. Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, on the representation of the Petitioner, Respondent No.6 made an enquiry and found that the matter is of civil nature. It is further submitted that the Police are not interfering the civil disputes between the parties. 4.
Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere with the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
