The present Application has been filed under Proviso to Section 25 B of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking to impugn the Order dated 01.08.2025 passed by the learned ARC-02, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi [“ARC”], in RC/ARC No. 302/20. 2. This Court takes note of the Order dated 19.12.2025 by which the above-captioned Petition, being RC.REV. 409/2025 [“Revision Petition”], came to be adjudicated, and the only aspect that survived was the time period within which the Petitioner would vacate the subject premises and hand over peaceful possession to the Respondent. 3. This Court is of the view that, considering that the Revision Petition has already been adjudicated upon and the Impugned Orders dated 27.05.2025 and 01.08.2025 passed by the learned ARC have been upheld, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the present proceedings pending merely for obtaining such instructions. 5. Accordingly, the Revision Petition, along with all pending Application(s), if any, stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6. It is made clear that this Order will not prejudice the rights and contentions of Ms. Suman Malik/Applicant in the proceedings bearing CS DJ 7321/26 pending before the learned District Judge, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. 7.
