1. With the consent of the parties the matter is heard finally.
2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:- 10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities consider the representation and to pay compensation amount of Rs. 8,25,000/- on account of death of the deceased as per circular of the Government, within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. 10.2 Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted, in the
2 interest of justice.
3. By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner is not challenging any particular order but is seeking a direction from this Hon'ble Court to the Respondents, to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) dated 21.01.2025 within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the pending representation, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. His pending representation will be considered in accordance with law.
5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the concerned respondent No. 2 to consider/decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P/1) in accordance with law/rules/regulations and in an objective manner as expeditiously as possible within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of copy of this
order.
7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case.
8. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Sd/-
