ORDER:
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the Petitioner seeking the following relief:
“... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents, particularly 4th respondent at the instance of respondents 5 to 6 in repeatedly insisting the petitioner to appear before their authorities and insisting him to vacate and deliver his agricultural land of Ac. 0.55 cents in Survey No.112-V2 of Konijerla Revenue Village in Lingapalem Mandal of West Godavari District with all Easement Rights to respondents 5 and 6, as illegal, irregular, irrational, arbitrary, without any authority or sanction of law and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents, particularly 4th respondent not to interfere in any manner with the petitioner's possession over the said land and his personal liberty and pass ....”
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that there are civil disputes between the Petitioner and respondents 5 and 6 with regard to easementary rights over the subject property and in that regard, civil suit is pending before the competent Civil Court. Further, respondent Police never interfered in their disputes and never called the Petitioner or his family members to the Police Station to settled the issue and would finally submit that this Court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said
submissions, this Writ Petition may be disposed of.
In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
