ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ or Direction one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent No. 3 and 4 who as calling the petitioner to the Respondent No.4 police station and interfere into the civil disputes in respect of the land to an extent of 0.091/4 Cents of land out of Ac 1-24 Cents in Survey No. 84 / 7 situated at Vaviletipadu, Nellore Municipal Corporation Limits, Nellore, which is the subject matter pending before the Civil Court as illegal arbitrary and again the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent No.2 to enquire on the subject matter and take appropriate action against the respondent No. 3 and 4, who are interfering into the civil disputes in respect of the land of the Petitioner to an extent of 0.091/4 Cents of land out of Ac 1-24 Cents in Survey No. 84 / 7 situated at Vaviletipadu, Nellore Municipal Corporation Limits, Nellore and to pas.…”
2. Heard Sri V.Roopesh Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that on 19.08.2023, on the receipt of 112 call from Sk.Rajak, the respondent-police summoned the both parties for preliminary enquiry. After the enquiry, the respondent police found that the subject matter is a civil in nature. No crime has been registered against the petitioner. He
would further submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between petitioner and the unofficial respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
