It is submitted that the Division Bench of this Court, while disposing of Contempt Case No.617 of 2019, had held that the petitioner would have to raise the jurisdiction issues before the trial Court. The order in the contempt case was passed on 12.09.2025 when the CRP was reserved for orders. The orders would have to be reconsidered pending consideration of the disposal of the review petition. There shall be a direction to the Family Court-cum-V Additional District Judge, Tirupati, is defer that passing final orders in O.P.No.110 of 2018 until then. _____ HN,J NKA
