Heard Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.R.Kamaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and considering the submissions made by either side, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 11.03.2025 in line with Section 25 of the Puducherry Hindu Religious Institutions Act, 1972, after affording an opportunity to the interested parties and final orders shall be passed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
